This is how I describe this Diet book from Analeigh Claybourne.
I really felt how she delivers her passion to help and create value to his readers to make changes in their lives especially physically.
Analeigh has done a Great Job in not only creating impact on dieting, but what I really like is that she started the book with first changing our mindsets about dieting, by understanding why really need to change our diet, understanding what really is Italian Diet all about and how this diet is different from other diet, by preparation (Chapter in Avoiding System Shock), by commitment (how to first change our mindsets before we do the diet, for long term changes), how to lose weight safely, the basics in 10 Day Italian Diet, and the shopping list for 10 Day Italian Diet. And then, we could now start the 10 Day Italian Diet.
Truly, Analeigh, I could say is a "Legend", an expert, and a loving author who really wants "All Good" for all the people who wants to change their lives.
That's why I highly recommend this book to everyone who really wants "Long Term" and "Permanent" changes in their physical health, and of course our mental health about Diet.

A diet that actually looks really simple to follow.

I like the step-by-step approach of this simple diet and it judging from the way everything is explained, it looks like something that can actually work. The first few steps are mainly mind preparation followed by some ingredient preparation which is my favorite part of the book and it makes the 7-day plan much easier to prepare for. The actual steps are just recipes and meal suggestions. So basically, follow everything exactly and weight loss is guaranteed. I'll see if that holds up but my first couple of days were great. Lost a couple of pounds and enjoyed eating these meals!
