Not a book, incomplete information.

This "book" is something like 40 pages top with the cover. I read all sorts of positive reviews about it and the menu and recipes.It says it's a five week plan but it doesn't have the full 5 weeks worth of meals, it doesn't give all the portion sizes for foods mentioned. And it calls for these wonderful sounding meals, but does not provide the required recipes. Sure I don't need a recipe for eggs, but one for the Parmesan crusted pork chops would be very helpful. It does have the basic dos and don'ts and a short list of approved foods, but other than that it is sorely lacking in both quantity and quality.

Ketogenic diet is totally different to the common diets for weigh loss and this book will teach you why. The author made a great job explaining this diet, also is really easy to follow this 5 weeks plan because you can be more organised and rigorous with the diet. The recipes are delicious and really easy to do, you will notice that these plan isn't to hard to follow, cause the meals contains delicious things such as pizza, bacon, eggs, vegetables, etc. I already read some ketogenic diet books, but this one is one of my favorites. Totally recommended!!

This book serves as a guide for a person who is starting the ketogenic diet. I learned that this diet requires your body to adopt some changes. The idea of the ketone diet is to get your body in a process called ketosis where you stop burning carbohydrates as fuel and many studies show that low-carbohydrate, ketogenic diets can lead to dramatic weight loss and improve most risk factors for heart disease and diabetes.Me like to share what I have learned from this book, which incidentally I bought in a special promotion.
